About the event
Join us at Supernova on Friday, June 7th for the return of Shabbat in The Club! We are reimagining the Friday night Kabbalat Shabbat prayer experience for the age of inclusion. Enjoy an evening of dancing, singing and spiritual expression under the lights of the disco ball featuring a live musical experience by Chava Mirel and her band. The musical elements of this event are a curated selection of classic Shabbat prayers reworked with fresh funky grooves! This event welcomes anyone 21+ of any faith or religion (or lack there of)! 7pm-Doors and Opening DJ set by Twerkaba 7:50pm- Candle lighting and Kiddish 8:00pm- Kabbalat Shabbat w/ Chava Mirel and her band This event is brought to you in collaboration with Supernova Seattle and Temple Beth Am. All events are 21+
